Exquisitely detailed gingerbread architecture and sugarwork

I’m an internationally known food artist and designer, specialising in detailed replicas of buildings created from gingerbread, pastillage, icing and other edible materials.

I take everyday ingredients and transform them into beautiful and delicious edible works of art, including stately homes, flagship stores, wedding venues and famous properties around the world.

I’ve exhibited at The Ideal Home Show and Clerkenwell Design Week, designed installations for Harrods and Fortnum & Mason, presented on Channel 4, and been the official judge for gingerbread entries on Kirstie’s Handmade Christmas and The Gingerbread City. My work has appeared on ITV, Channel 5, Food Network and The Discovery Channel.
