Architectural Gingerbread

What I do

I design and build architectural gingerbread structures defined by clean lines, balance, and precision.

Each piece is treated as a designed object rather than decoration, blending disciplined craft with a sense of play.

How I work

Every project begins with structure. I design each piece from the ground up, resolving scale, stability, and form before baking a single component. All elements are made, assembled and finished by hand.

The process is considered and methodical; I take time ensuring every element ends up looking its best.

“Emily was an absolute dream to work with from start to finish and showed such a passion for her craft. We’d work with her again in a heartbeat.”
